Terrapin Guitars is a custom shop. I make every order as it comes in. I consider every order a special order and I'd like to help you with your guitar project. You can contact me via email or call Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. I may not always be able to get to the phone but if you leave me a message I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Often times I can tell people have called by caller ID and they do not leave a message. If you don't leave me a message how can I call you back? I understand you want to talk to a real person. I can assure you I am real so please be patient and leave me a message.
I work out of a shop on my property which means I basically work out of my home. Pleas have some consideration as to what time of day you call. I live on the west coast, Pacific Time so an 8:00 am call from the east cost is 5:00 am for me.
My background is primarily in the Graphic Design, Sign and Screen Printing industry. I have worked many jobs in my years but graphics is the bulk of it for the last 15 years or so. I have been in business with terrapin Guitars since 2001.
