Description

I'm James, the Principal of Terrawise design. I've been doing design for over 8 years now and have designed and built websites for businesses of many different natures.

I'm a schooled musician who got into computers and graphic design in the mid nineties. I soon discovered I had an aptitude for and it and also that I really enjoyed it. I went to Mass College of Art for typography, design and drawing classes and got a job at a web design firm where I worked on a number of large, database-driven websites. When that company folded I freelanced for a while, continuing to build my skills. Most recently I spent three years as the manager/designer/instructor at a computer store in Arlington, MA.

These days I can be found at home raising my completely awesome 2 year old son. I decided to leave the computer store last year to go back to college and finished my degree, which I did. I am now enrolled in Mass Art's Graphic Design Certificate Program (which is a night program) and actively seeking new employment in the field of interaction design and multi-media production.
