- Ted entered into the field of auto repair back in 1976, and has progressed from a mechanic to owner of a very busy 3 bay repair facility. He worked in several local garages, including the local GM dealership, where he was GM and ASE certified. And in 1984, when he opened his own shop on Lincoln St in Waterbury.From there business boomed until he was forced to find a larger location, which he opened in 1998. This location on rt2 in waterbury was custom built to his specifications, to be able to provide any service needed, from engine diagnostics, to a simple oil change.Since his opening in 1998, his business has continued to expand, to include a on-site body shop as well as auto glass replacement or repair.
