Murray Johnson's Racing Stable is headquartered at Churchill Downs and Trackside Training Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Murray got his start in the Scone area of Hunter Valley in Australia before coming to the U.S. in 1982 to gallop horses for Carl Nafzger. He came up through the ranks working for Nafzger and other world class trainers such as Shug McGaughey, John Gosden, Charlie Wittingham, and Australia's top trainer, Bart Cummings.
