Description
Being an already well-accredited and established photo journalist he got his first tall ship images at this race (Sedov and Esmerelda).
Since then he has closely followed the gatherings of Tall Ships' throughout their visits to the UK (Plymouth, Milford Haven, Liverpool, Newcastle, Weymouth, Edinburgh, Falmouth and Aberdeen) and also Europe (Brest and Antwerp) and will be attending the finish of the Cutty Sark® involvement with the races at Portsmouth later this year.
As well as his enthusiasm for tall ships he also captures on film smaller vintage and traditional craft plus landscape images and has visited and been involved with many of the maritime festivals both in the UK and abroad.
