TAFTA is a registered welfare organisation, dedicated to the the alleviation of distress and the promotion of the welfare and happiness of aged persons living in the Durban area.
It is TAFTA's policy to do the greatest possible good for the greatest possible number, with no thought of who deserves help but only of who needs help. We assist people of all races and religions.
Our basic aim is to encourage the elderly to live as independent members of the community in their own homes for as long as possible. In order to maintain that independence and to support and assist the elderly and their families, TAFTA has developed a range of services.
