Locally, RE/MAX Masters was started by Mary McNeill who wanted to be a RE/MAX agent and had to open her own office to be one. Today, RE/MAX Masters boasts the #5 ranking in the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors with its 37 top-producing agents.

RE/MAX Master's operations manager, Don Gendron, has nearly 20 years of real estate sales and marketing experience in Central New York . Starting as a sales agent in 1985, he quickly learned the business from the inside out as an agent, agent assistant, listing coordinator, marketing director and operations manager. In 2004, Gendron earned the Manager of the Year Award from RE/MAX of New York.
