© 2000-2005 Synergy Dance & Healing Arts Center Inc., also known as SynergyDance, is a 501-C(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to teaching the utilization and enjoyment of the self-healing art of movement, through SynergyDance and Polarity Therapy, in both the everyday and professional lives of its practitioners. From the inner exploration of yoga-, qigong- and Polarity Therapy-based contacts and conscious movement to expressive dance that uncovers the elemental essence of African, Brazilian, belly dance, Celtic dance and much more, SynergyDance classes are a kind of barefoot alchemy—a dance of the body, from the mind, through the emotions, to a soundtrack of music from around the world. SynergyDance
aims for rediscovery of the dancer within us all, and through that dancer to reconnection with a life of meaning, spirit and self-awareness.
