Established in 1971 Sylshire have grown from a fashion company into a major importer of giftware, jewellery, home and garden accessories. Over the many years of importing and exporting we have developed original and consumer friendly products that are found to be consistent in todays market. In 2005 the Sylshire range included over 3000 products varying from gold-fleck paperweights to soft-toy dogs. In 2006 Sylshire will be continuing to create an amazing range of ceramics, consolidating the paperweights range and will be introducing a great range of jewellery. Sylshire have been dealing with many retailers, wholesalers, eCommerce sites and other importers for many years now. Over the years we have established many really good relationships with our customers. Our staff here are all very motivated and here to help. We pride ourselves on good customer service and are always looking to improve. When the product is in stock we will be prompt with all our deliveries and always encourage people to order early as some ranges can be very popular. Lead times can vary when importing from distant countries, this said though we always order plenty and hold great stocks of our full range.
At Sylshire we do the best we can to ensure you receive the goods you want when you want them. We regulary check our carriers prices against their competition to ensure costs are keep down so we can keep our prices down for you. We also regularily speak to our carriers about ways to improve the deliveries, to keep breakages to a minimum especially with our handmade glass range. On first orders Sylshire terms are £300 for carriage paid on the mainland, contact us for more information. Once a customer of ours we offer free carriage for most deliveries dependant on the carton total amount. For each product we run there are two tiers of pricing, the minimum (split carton) price and a carton price. When split product packing we take a lot of care to check and double check the quantities and the packaging, while keeping costs as low as possible.
