SWHCR's main recruiter, Frank Vigil, has been employed in the healthcare field for over 24 years. As the chief Physician Recruiter for Presbyterian Healthcare Services, he successfully filled the staffing needs of this large, multi-hospital, integrated delivery system, with locations in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas. He also placed talented people in administration, department directors, allied health, and midlevel positions.
With nearly 10 years of additional experience working in a healthcare legal department, Frank has an in-depth understanding of the various types of practice opportunities and incentives which can (and should) be considered when recruiting.
Born and raised in New Mexico, Frank enjoys a long-standing, expert knowledge of the region. He has watched the area grow and change into what it is today. He understands the needs of the Southwest's diverse culture - and the qualities to look for in potential healthcare candidates.
