About Us:
Founded in 2002 by Alex Zorach in the Cleveland, Ohio area, we initially focused on providing computer services and support to small businesses and non-profits. However, it became apparent that we were not always providing the best value for our clients, because clients would become dependent on our services.
In 2005, we adopted a new approach, focusing on training and empowering our clients, rather than just designing and supporting computer setups. We no longer provide basic troubleshooting and repair services.
About Alex Zorach:
Alex Zorach is a graduate student at the University of Delaware, currently working towards a master's degree in applied mathematics. Alex has a B.A. in mathematics from Oberlin College.
