Nothing existed before Supply Serve Technology developed their solutions. Big companies spent millions trying to get other food chain companies to adopt their systems - Efdex (Electronic Food Dealer Exchange – From IBM), EggsBenefit etc, only to fail as everybody could see everything and the only result was a downward spiral of prices, quality and customer care.
