In 1980 my daughter Hayley was born. As a new parent I was totally facinated with her every breath & movement. So I began taking photo's of her every day. Needless to say, I had a lot of pictures that needed a home. I wanted something more than a photo album, so I put together a keepsake photo album to document all of her special "first year's" most precious moments and to have a place to save her special baby keepsakes. I always wanted to remember those wonderful baby details.
When friend's saw my baby keepsake books, their comments were always the same; "Where was this book when I needed it?" I wish I'd had a book like this for my baby's first year" There's a place for everything.
One afternoon I was in a local copy shop making copies of the first draft, when a mother of twins approached me about doing a book just for twins. She invited me to attend a Mother's of Twins club meeting to get some feedback from other twin moms. They felt left out of the baby book market as there was no keepsake book anywhere just for twins.
