SWC grows as they add Fall Conference in Boston, MA
Storage World Conference held its 1st Annual Conference on December 11, 2001 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, CA, establishing itself as the first West Coast Storage Conference and Tradeshow. With 869 registered attendees the conference set record attendance numbers for a first time show.
In year two, the Conference moved to the San Jose Convention Center on August 20-22, 2002. SWC successfully cemented itself as the fastest growing Conference and Trade show in the Industry by expanding to two days and doubling it's registered attendees.
The following year, SWC moved to Southern California and the Disneyland Hotel on May 5-7, 2003. For the first time all qualified end-users attended SWC free-of-charge. Registered attendee numbers continued to grow at substantial rates as the conference and tradeshow expanded further by adding to it's agenda, the Storage World Certification Program, the Storage World Awards Program and the launch of the Hands-on Storage Clinic. 2003 set the stage for the establishing SWC as the Premier Educational Storage Conference and Tradeshow in the Industry.
