- Who am I?
- My name is Michael Netherton. I've been involved with computers since 1987, providing hardware and software support. As the internet became mainstream in 1995, I began developing websites both comercially as well as for fun and entertainment. In 1996, I launched ITL Enterprises, an online business offering antique traffic signals for sale. The site soon expanded into sales of old Duncan parking meters and eventually into the sale of used railroad signals. During this time, I put a great deal of effort and time into learning the "tricks" of search engine optimiztation. Back then, my goal was to rank well on Excite.com. While Excite still exists, it is no longer a player in the search engine scene.
