In 1994 St. Louis Internet was the first local ISP to accept business-only accounts. It has been and will remain our goal to provide quality hosting services to companies and individuals with domain names. Why ? Because customers with Internet Domain Names expect a higher level of support and service from their ISP.
Domain name holders are on the Internet for one thing - business visibility. If you had to support thousands of home dialup users with personal web pages and lots of questions - how could your staff provide timely, quality support to business concerns at a reasonable cost ?
St. Louis Internet was also the first, local ISP to develop service rates based on bandwidth and storage only - not hit's, visitors and other data which is meaningless to an ISP for billing purposes. Our rate plans remain structured as they were in 1994. It's our belief that you pay for what you use without penalties and surcharges commonly found with other ISP's !
