Description
Still River Mill is a family-owned business started in 2004 by Greg Driscoll and Deirdre Bushnell. Greg, Deirdre and family raise sheep on their small farm in the village of Eastford, Connecticut and have over 15 years experience working with various fibers.
We process all types of fiber, including wool, alpaca, llama, mohair, cashmere, buffalo, and pet fiber. Your own fiber will be returned to you. We will work with you to design the product that you desire. Although we do not grow a lot of our own fiber to offer for blending, we can, however, work with you to obtain other fiber to create a desired end product.
We are currently able to process into rovings, batts, and yarn into skeins and cones. Dehairing and felting services are also available.
