After two decades in the manufacturing and quality assurance arena, Don put his years of experience to work. He began training people in the ISO quality management standards. These standards have helped thousands of companies achieve unprecedented success in manufacturing and profitability.
Don started in manufacturing as a machinist. His education began with CNC lathes and mills, welding inspection, and a BS degree in Youth Ministries. He moved upward to quality assurance and became an internal process auditor. Employed in the automotive industry, he became familiar with the QS 9000 standards. He successfully facilitated crossfunctional teams for the setup and implementation of a company wide on-line documentation, corrective/preventive action, and nonconforming material systems. Don has equipped Starbrite Consulting with a team of certified auditors that are extremely successful trainers and consultants in the fields of quality management.
