SSO was founded in 1976 as a joint venture of the Council of State Governments, the National Conference of State Legislatures and the National Governors Association. Our mission is to provide our tenants with superior service at competitive prices achieved through economies of scale. Appreciating that time is a scarce commodity to many of our tenants, we strive to offer a comprehensive range of services.
