James Anthony began learning magic at the age of eight years old. He started out like most young magicians with a starter kit, and progressed to checking out books at the library. In high school, James purchased a couple of books on magic hoping to learn even more. Magic remained James' hobby until about one year ago when he started to perform birthday parties, special occasions, etc.
In the last year James has been hired to perform strolling magic at three area restaurants and developed a full stage show, complete with lighting, p.a., music, choreography, and assistants incorporating full stage illusions to my audience participation material.
James' shows are designed for a family audience, combining mystical and humorous effects suitable for any age group. I strive to use unique effects not normally performed by other magicians. This hopefully insures a show that is extraordinary and new to those people who come to see my show. I also pride myself in designing custom shows for every customer, making the performance for special and one-of-a-kind. I even have live animals in my act to give my customers a show that is a cut above the rest.
