Founded in 1986, in the garage of Barry and Paulette Knickerbocker, Spa Parts Plus is the oldest parts distribution company of its kind. Since that time, the company has continued to grow its spa parts inventories, technical data and capabilities to provide the industry with unparalleled customer service.

Today, the company is majority owned by its employees, via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which was established in 1996. We currently have approximately 50 team members dedicated to areas such as customer service, sales & marketing, accounting, materials management, technical services and assembly. The pride we all take in making our customers successful is evident in every area of our business.
