SoluXions was founded in response to observed technical, operational, and functional gaps in all-hazards preparedness planning. In the aftermath of 9/11 and the Anthrax attacks of 2001, government agencies, specifically sectors such as public health, were catapulted into roles and expectations as first responders and charged essentially with “leading and coordinating” health consequence management planning and response.
