Description
Dr George Lewkovitz is a medical graduate of the University of New South Wales in Sydney (1970). After completing his medical residency program he undertook advanced surgical training in the specialty of otolaryngology head and neck surgery in Sydney. This was followed by further training in the United Kingdom following which he undertook fellowship programs in facial plastic surgery in the United States of America.
Dr Lewkovitz is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh). He holds the Diploma of Laryngology and Otology, Royal College of Surgeons (London). He is an International Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr Lewkovitz has had an extensive involvement in medical organisations including Presidency of the Eastern Suburbs Medical Association in Sydney in 1984-85 and again in 1999.
