Description
Ron Sneed graduated from Jacksonville University in 1972, served in the United States Army from 1972 to 1974, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Law School in 1978. He was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 1978. Ron has been in practice in Black Mountain, North Carolina, since September, 1978, and has been the attorney for the Town of Black Mountain since 1982. Ron is a member of the N.C. State Bar, the N.C. Bar Association, the N.C. Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the N.C. Municipal Attorneys Association.
Kay Ansley, Ron's property assistant, is responsible for coordinating all of the real estate closings in our firm. Her meticulous attention to detail helps Ron ensure that every closing is handled professionally. Kay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from St. Andrews Presbyterian College. Before her employment with Ron, Kay worked as a Deputy and an Assistant Clerk of Superior Court in Laurinburg, NC, and she was employed by a personal injury/worker's compensation law firm in Black Mountain for eight years. Kay began her employment with Ron in February of 1996. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association's Legal Assistants' Division.
Ginny is responsible for assisting Ron with lawsuits, estate administrations, and business law. She performs valuable legal research and assists with title searches and real estate closings. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNC-Asheville and took paralegal studies at Western Piedmont Community College. Previously she worked as a community organizer, directed a nonprofit organization, and was a dance teacher.
