Smyth Sports & Saddlery is a family run business which was opened in 1975 by John and Juanita Smyth. Their three children Janice, Gillian and Kenneth now work with them in what could be said is the largest specialised sports shop in the UK and Ireland.
Today the shop is five times its original size. Gillian manages the Sports & Equestrian departments. Kenneth manages the Fishing, Hunting and Outdoor departments and Janice manages all the office duties.
Smyth Sports & Saddlery is affiliated to Intersport who are the largest Sports Shop retail chain in Europe. We recently won 1st place in Ireland and 2nd place in the UK in the Intersport competition for the best customer service.
