Shay Mann is in his 5th year of owning and operating SMP Outdoors, and has over 13 years of IT experience, including 9 years of technical management. Shay moved his operation from the Southern Willamette Valley in 2007, when the call of the mountains, and the peace and serenity of Wallowa County impressed on him to make a change.
