Smart Service is an independent repair facility that provides expert, high quality service and repair exclusively for Subaru vehicles. Our factory-trained staff (with over 68 years combined prior dealership experience,) specialized tools, diagnostic equipment and factory shop manuals allow us to handle almost any service or repair. We use genuine Subaru parts and back our work with a 12-month. 12,000-mile warranty. We follow manufacturer recommendations for repairs and service and will make sure the job gets done right the first time. Our customers value peace of mind that comes with owning a well-maintained automobile.
I am currently certified as an ASE Master Technician and have over 13 years of dealership training and experience. I have over 21 years of overall automotive experience. I left the dealership in 1999 to start Smart Service. I felt the need to get back to the basic premise of face-to-face relationship between the customer and their mechanic, which just wasn't a possibility at the dealership level. At Smart Service, our goal is to bridge the gap between expertise and strength of a full service dealership with the individual attention and affordability of our independent repair facility.
