Recently our domain Sinowatches.com has been taken by breathing by law order. Now we are using www.Sinowatches.us The site www.Sinowatches.net and www.Sinowatches.biz are scam sites pretending to be us. They are nothing to do with us. Buyers be aware of that.
Why we sinowatches.com stop accepting credit card payments? Because we have met too many credit card fraud and scam. Let me show you a few examples:
1, one day we received notice of 4 chargeback claim from credit card company. Since we have delivered goods and did not receive any complaint from the customers, we decide to call the buyer to ask why. So we find the contact information of the buyers. And then we find something astonishing. The buyers use different names and emails and address to register and buy on our site, but they use the same contact phone number. This is obvious proof of credit card fraud. So we contact our credit card company and asked what could we do to keep off these kind of scam and fraud. And the stuff there told us that as long as the buyer filled in the correct card information, the payment will be taken in. – that means there is no way for us to spot credit card fraud and keep them away. Those scams took over 6000usd from us.
2, a French buyer place order on basis of 2 watches per order once every 2 weeks. Each time she received without complaint. In total she bought about 10 watches from us. Then one day she filed chargeback, claiming payment not authorized. And we lost it even though we provided tracking showing that goods were all delivered to her billing address and signed by herself. So here comes another problem, the buyer has 180 days to file chargeback, how can we keep off this kind of frauds? – no way.
And because credit card chargeback buyer do not need to send back the goods to us, we consider it too risky because too many buyers will take advantage of that. We expose the credit card frauds over internet. We expose their names, address and phone n umber and emails. Some of them started making rumors to damage our reputation.
