SimView.net was created by Michael Olsen as a way to provide clients with immediate access to real estate and rental information. Michael has been a resident of Routt County for over 10 years. He is a graduate of University of Colorado with a degree in Environmental Design from Boulder and a First Professional Masters Degree from Denver's School of Architecture and Planning. Michael has been involved in real estate since 1987. In addition to being the Managing Broker and President of SimView.net Michael is a practicing licensed architect. This unique background enables Michael to provide clients with in-depth understanding of specific properties as they relate to existing condition, construction, market conditions, and governmental regulations.
