- Historically, adults with developmental disabilities have been excluded from the workforce. Adults had few if any opportunities to earn money or develop employment related skills needed for job success. In 1976, in response to the need, Show was organized as a non-profit 501(c)(3) community based agency serving the employment needs of individuals with disabilities in the Sapulpa, Tulsa and Sand Springs areas.
