- Shedman is family owned and operated. Shedman was started in 2002 by L.C. "Pete" Kimbrell. Pete has been in the construction business for 20 years and is a state licensed Building Contractor. The idea to start a shed business came about when Pete built a shed for his own backyard. It's the type of outdoor work he loves to do. Soon friends and neighbors were inquiring about Pete building a shed for them. The idea for Shedman was born!
