- What is it? I will try to explain in a few simple words. A number of years ago the being I know as Germain came to me and asked me if I would like to be involved in a new project. I was already very busy at the time and so said no, without even asking what the project was, and he said "It's Reiki". My reply was "It's not for me". I could not see waht use Reiki was as I had neen healing with my hands since I was a small boy, and over the years, I had taught many others how to facilitate healing.
