- Over a period of 25 years as both a manager and a consultant to business and industry, Larry L. Craft tested and interviewed thousands of applicants and employees throughout the United States. As a result of this research, Dr. Craft developed one of the nation's most widely distributed personality questionnaires to help companies hire and develop employees. In the 1970's he was the first test developer to provide sales managers with software that measured sales drive/motivation and generated coaching and development reports based upon the respondent's unique personality.
