Clansman Knitwear's chosen method of shipping is the US Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Returns will incur a 10% restocking fee with no exceptions. Exchanges must be returned before the new product can be shipped out. Feel free to contact our customer service department for any other questions (there isn't one so too bad).

WARNING !!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!! do not do business with these folks!!!! This company is stealing from its customers. I have not received hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise and have not received any messages or phone calls. The owner is always out of the country or somebody has died, or other numerous excuses for not getting products. My wedding was almost ruined by this company, do an internet search and you will see it is the norm for this crooked company.
