About Us
Scents of America is a family owned business. Located in the Smoky Mountains in Sevierville, Tennessee. Hank Jones founded the company in 1999, after years of working in the fragrance industry. Hank is active in developing, marketing and production. With his reputation on the line, he works hard to make sure our customers are fully satisfied.
Production Manager, Frank Petzak, is on the quality control team. He has a great responsibiltiy to you, the customer,to make sure all orders are correctly processed. Frank likes to experiment with creating new products. Frank and Hank created our Peppermint Sticks.
Pat O'Brien, our Office Manager, is responsible for taking and processing orders. She is very familiar with all of our products and can answer any questions you might have. She would be happy to help you in any way.
