Update:6-22-06 There have been a lot of talk on many gun forums as to why the judge rule the way he did. Let me try to clear a few things up here. The first half of the hearing was about me selling ammo. Under oath the officer and Mr. Poor said that there was no sale of ammo or ammo that could be seen for sale in my shop when they give me the ticket for selling ammo. Under oath Mr Poor said that the city had no proof of any sales or display of ammo. (You would think the judge would say case dismiss. (He did not.) Then the city took this in a other direction and we had no choice in trying to defend something that I was Not ticketed for.
