About Sauen.Com

I, Jon Thomas "Stoker" Stokkeland, started Sauen.Com in June 2001 with a single client, developing some Web Shop, E-commerce and Order managament software.

I do this solely on a spare time and hobby basis and have no intention of going full time. Doing so would require me to charge commercial fee's for all my services and time spent, and I think many of my clients would not have been able to use my services when they started their business. Another reason for keeping it a hobby is that I do it for fun, to learn more, get challenges and keep up with news and technologies in the industry, if I went full time I would not have time to research and play around. Right now, my day time job as Network Administrator at The Seneca Nation Of Indians gives me corporate experience and the ability to work with larger systems and infrastructure; combined with this hobby on my spare time, I have a lot of fun and versatility and gain skills every day.

As far as response time to issues that comes up, I can not guarantee a response time, but I can guarantee that I will respond as fast as I can, usually this would be in the morning before work, on my lunch break or anytime at night. If I go on vacation or take off for the weekend I usually keep checking email, and I take extra precautions such as keeping important hardware components with friends to deliver if I am not there, and I inform all my clients with business centric systems when and where I go.
