Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) continues to be reported primarily among people who have travelled to affected areas. A small number of other people have become infected after being in close contact with or having cared for or lived with a SARS patient.
A non profit organisation set up to provide information in several languages about the prevention and control recommendations for SARS. This information is especially useful to travellers but also aimed at the general public should the spread of SARS become more widespread.
