S.A. Robotics (SAR) purchased the assets from CompositeTek in November 2005. Frank Roundy, a current employee of SAR and formerly the R&D manager of CompositeTek has been promoted to the Production Manager for the new S.A.R. Composite Shop. Frank and the engineering team at S.A.R have designed and manufactured high quality composite components for the robotics, industrial, commercial and sporting goods industries. Specializing in state-of-the-art filament winding and resin transfer molding (RTM) processes, the composites engineers at S.A.R. Composite Shop are pioneers in developing new product applications for composite materials.
