Sadhu Basant Residential Care (SBRC) is an institution aimed at providing permanent residential facilities for persons with mild or moderate mental handicap. SADHU was born in 1914, and joined the British Indian Army during Second World War. BASANT, two years his junior, married him in the year 1934. A son was born in 1936 and a daughter in 1948.
