Born and raised in the south of England, in her early 30´s, Sada Nam decided to leave her high pressured career to develop a more balanced and whole life and to raise her kids in culturally rich and beautiful Andalucía, Southern Spain. She applied her life coaching techniques to her own life to make it so and in early 2002 moved to her idyllic new home near to Granada. She is a highly regarded coach, course leader and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Her passion is to see people blossom and live in joy.
