Sacramento Area Peace Action is an all-volunteer organization that works to educate and mobilize the public to promote a non-interventionist and non-nuclear U.S. foreign and military policy and to promote peace through international and domestic economic, social, and political justice. Our objectives are to:
After the tragedy of 9-11-01, members of Sacramento Area Peace Action, other peace & justice groups, and concerned individuals came together to organize actions & events under the following points of unity:
1) We call for a non-military response that uses international legal and diplomatic channels to hold accountable those responsible for the September 11 attack.
