- The owner and President of Saber Security Patrol Inc. is Richard Yawornisky. Mr. Yawornisky began his security background with Pinkerton Nuclear Security at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant in 1979. He is a graduate of the Peace Officer Standards Training/Reserve Peace Officer academy. He has worked for Security Eye Patrol in Livermore, attaining the rank of Sergeant for patrol and special events, is a former member of the Twin Valley Disaster Aid Team of the American Red Cross, and most recently spent 5 years with the Ripon Police Department VIPS, where he was the Special Services Unit team leader, Executive Board member, and Patrol Trainer. Over the years, Mr. Yawornisky has performed the following duties: vehicle/foot patrol, vacation and business security checks, child fingerprinting, crime scene/evidence search, traffic control, searches for missing persons, prisoner watch, parades, safety fairs, home security surveys, cold case follow-up; support, logistics, communications at critical incidents; and has been trained and certified in CPR, first aid, firearms, chemical agents, and hazardous materials.
