ABOUT RVers ONLINE...

Tom and Stephanie Gonser live near Bend, Oregon. After we both had pursued professional careers, and managed to see our two children complete their education and launch professional careers of their own, we accomplished a long standing objective -- to live where we would choose to live; and to pursue a schedule and agenda of our own creation.

While for-profit personal and professional interests are still part of our lifestyle, there is time as well to contribute to those matters and activities which have, over a lifetime of experiences, become important to us. For a number of years we've enjoyed RV travels -- which in our case is usually via the blue lines. Thanks to the notebook computer and RV parks with internet connections, we've found we're able to continue much of what we do "on the road". Our home in Central Oregon is too enticing to let us become full timers. However, we are confirmed "extended time" RVers, and savor every moment of our travels over the road.

Since so much of our life has been "online", it was only a natural extension for us to start a website free of commercial influences, and to tap into the incredible helpfulness and energy of RVers to build a new information resources for RVers and other participating segments of the RVing industry. An evolving purpose has been the opportunity to offer a place for greater dialogue between and among RVers; and between RVers and the various industry groups which provide products and services to them. Our efforts have been to encourage positive discussions, rather than just publishing negative comments. We believe that if RVers can have an improved means of communication with park owners, manufacturers, dealers, and even the groups which "represent them", the opportunities and benefits of RVing can be even further improved.
