Kirsty Kyle and her husband Phil bought the house in 2001 with her parents. The intent was to have a minimum of two cultural holidays a year. Kirsty was first introduced to this area in 1991 by her mother Liz Neilson, and then the love affair with Italy began….
So moved by the area's stunning scenery, regional cooking, culture and language, Kirsty totally changed her career and life. Trained as a Graphic Designer, Kirsty left her job, first flat and cat! to live in the Garfagnana/Tuscany area.
