- Being able to give someone a dessert that is not only delicious, but a work of art is what I strive for. My name is Sarah Bellett, the owner of Rubber City Cakes & Cookies, LLC. Growing up in a household where 99% of the desserts were homemade has instilled in me a love for baked goods that will never go away. Holidays filled with mountains of cookies, Sunday brunches with delicious sweet breads and that simple joy of making someone smile with food. A few Wilton classes in the art of Cake Decorating taught me that I can bring a whole new level of artistic skill to a cake, cookie, cupcake, anything I want. I have been fortunate enough to learn from nationally known pastry artists such as B. Keith Ryder and Di Simmons.
