Built in the 1960's and renovated in 2006, it captures the essence of an old plantation house which would be almost impossible to re-create in this day of modernity.
It sits majestically across the road from the world famous Round Hill Hotel and Villa Resort and is available for rent starting at $6,000 a week. Fully staffed with a Butler, Housekeeper, Cook, Maid and Gardener, this is the place where you can relax and savour the beautiful lifestyle of a bygone age.
For the adventurous there are plenty of activities and places to explore. Snorkelling, cliff-diving at Rick's cafe, swimming with Dolphins, horseback riding amongst sugar plantations or even riding the horses around the bay. All are within easy reach of the villa
Golf lovers will find the North Coast of Jamaica to be a hidden paradise. Tryall golf course, home of the Johnnie Walker Cup for many years, is less than 10 minutes away. Tropical verandas lead into a stunning dining room that provides excellent views of the garden and the sea. Service areas include a recently upgraded kitchen with commercial equipment and separate staff accommodation. Mockingbird Hill villa offers complete privacy while being only 20 minutes from Montego Bay airport and only a 10 minute drive to the Tryall golf course and other amenities.
