Rotary District 6510, within Rotary Zone 29, consists of 28 counties in the southern part of the state of Illinois, USA. The district encompasses a large, mostly rural area of 11,663 square miles, with 841,000 people. Population distribution ranges froma low of 4,000 in Pope County to 265,000 in St. Clair County, which is considered part of the greater St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area.

Geographic boundaries include the Mississippi River to the west, US Highway 50 to the north, and the Indiana state line east along the Wabash River to the southern tip of Illinois. All parts of the district can be reached within three hours traveling by car. There are 46 Rotary Clubs with approximately 1875 members. Clubs range in size from 16 to over 100 Rotarians.
