In the early nineties his son Ronan Rooney, joined the Firm and became the first Chartered Surveyor in General Practice in Galway. Ronan had just completed the seven year long Chartered Surveyor examinations and had worked with Jones Lang Wootton Commercial Property specialist in Dublin.
Ronan’s qualifications as a Chartered Surveyor, have added further to the range of services offered including Landlord & Tenant issues and a more extensive degree of Commercial Agency. Ronan brought with him a wealth of connections and expertise and a fresh focus to add to his fathers expertise and proven reputation. The result has been a dynamic integration culminating in the firm today being known as the largest, most established and highest qualified in the West of Ireland.
