We offer private Pilates training, Mat & Reformer Pilates classes, Yoga, Dance and Martial Arts classes taught by highly qualified instructors in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Rock City Body is proud to be home to several dance and performance groups. Our studios are available to rent for rehersals, workshops and classes.
